Pricing
Why is my monthly bill higher than my subscribed plan?
If you've enabled on-demand overage pricing in your Account Settings, you'll be charged for usage that exceeds your plan's included limits. Overage pricing ensures your popups continue to be shown to visitors even when you exceed your plan's limits, preventing any interruption to your campaigns. Overage charges are billed automatically: excess submissions cost $0.50 per 50 submissions, and excess page views cost $0.50 per 1,000 page views. You can view detailed billing information and manage your subscription in your billing portal.
I purchased a limited lifetime deal, why do I also have a subscription?
If you have an active subscription in addition to your lifetime deal, it's likely because you've enabled on-demand overage pricing. Overage pricing works for lifetime deal customers too - when your usage exceeds the included limits of your lifetime plan, you'll be charged for the excess usage at the same rates: $0.50 per 50 submissions and $0.50 per 1,000 page views. This ensures your popups continue working seamlessly even when you exceed your plan limits. You can disable overage pricing at any time in your Account Settings.
I purchased a limited lifetime deal but now my usage exceeds the plan.
You have two options: enable on-demand overage pricing to automatically pay for usage beyond your plan's limits ($0.50 per 50 submissions and $0.50 per 1,000 page views), or contact our support team at contact@easepop.dev for a custom solution tailored to your needs. Overage pricing ensures your popups continue working without interruption, and you only pay for what you use.
My usage exceeds the EasePop Ultimate plan.
If your usage exceeds the Ultimate plan limits (500,000 monthly page views and 100,000 monthly submissions), please contact our support team at contact@easepop.dev. We'll work with you to create a custom enterprise solution that meets your specific requirements and usage patterns.
Where can I find a receipt?
You can access all your receipts and billing information through the customer portal. Navigate to Account Settings and click "Manage Billing" to access the Polar.sh customer portal, where you can view invoices, download receipts, and manage your payment methods.
