How are metrics counted and limits handled?

Domains

You can add unlimited domains for testing in each plan. However, depending on the plan, only a limited number of domains may be active at a time. Only active domains can display popups. If you want to add another domain once your limit is reached, either upgrade your plan or set an existing domain to paused. Visit Domains for an overview of your connected domains.

Active popups

Similar to domains, some plans may restrict the number of popups you can have active at a time. Only active popups will be displayed to your users. If you want to add more popups once your limit is reached, either upgrade your plan or set an existing popup to paused. Visit Popups for an overview over your popups.

Monthly Page Views

Once you install the EasePop script on your domain, we count each page view towards your limit. This means every navigation or page refresh increases the view count. This happens as every view could trigger a popup. Once your plan's limit is reached, no popups will be shown to your users until your limit resets at the end of your billing period, or you upgrade your plan.

Monthly Submissions

Each user submission on a form of your popup will be counted as a submission. Once your plan's limit is reached, new user submissions will still be collected, but be invisible to you until you upgrade your plan or your limit resets at the end of your billing period. In this case, remaining submissions from the last period will be automatically deducted from your new limit and submissions will be made available to you.

DOM Events

Use DOM events to respond to user submissions directly in JavaScript.
